Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Simply click the tracking link or visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your delivery status. You can also log into your Trendora account and navigate to the "Order History" section to view tracking information for all your purchases. Our customer support team is available to assist if you experience any issues accessing tracking details or if your package status hasn't updated within 24 hours of shipment.

Trendora accepts a wide range of payment methods to ensure convenient checkout for all customers. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as debit cards issued by UAE banks. We also support digital payment platforms and wallets for faster transactions. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with international PCI-DSS standards, ensuring your financial information remains protected. Your payment is authorized at the time of order placement, and the charge is processed once your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location within the UAE and product availability from our suppliers. Typically, orders to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah are delivered within 2-4 business days, while deliveries to other Emirates including Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain may take 3-6 business days. These estimates begin from the date of order confirmation and shipment, not from the order placement date. During peak shopping seasons, public holidays, or promotional events, delivery times may extend slightly. You will receive estimated delivery dates during checkout and can monitor progress through your tracking number once the order ships.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for products that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@trendora.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions. Please note that certain items including personalized products, intimate apparel, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We partner exclusively with verified and reputable suppliers across the UAE, including established distributors like Zambeel and other trusted sources. Every product undergoes quality verification before being listed on our platform. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized items. All products come with manufacturer packaging and any applicable warranties or guarantees. If you receive a product that appears inauthentic or does not meet quality standards, please contact our customer support immediately with photos and order details, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Order modifications or cancellations are possible only if your order has not yet been processed for shipment. Since we work with multiple suppliers and process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we recommend contacting our customer support team immediately at support@trendora.com if you need to make changes. Include your order number and specific modification requests. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the items. We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications for orders that are already in the fulfillment stage, but we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
